Refund policy

Please email us at hello@innerdreamer.com if you wish to do a return or a refund.

We have a 14 day return policy. You can submit a return request 14 days from date of purchase, if they meet our return requirements. Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, all Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the jewellery must – be unworn, unused and unopen in it's original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.We try our best to accept all items returned to us, in the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additonal costs.
