DISPATCH AND TRACKING

We usually dispatch your orders 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship our orders during the weekends. All items are delivered by Sendle, Australia Post, EasyShip or EasyParcel. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item as well as stocked items in your oder, it will be posted together once the pre-order items are back in stock. Please make a seperate order if you want your order to be shipped seperately.

 

CUSTOM AND ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

 

Customers are fully responsible for the acceptance of items/orders based on the delivery options they have selected. Any re-delivery of parcels will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. If store credit is issued instead, the shipping costs will not be refunded if shipping is paid and the shipping costs will be deducted from total order amount if the order is given a free shipping.
