We recommend placing your orders by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas*:

  • Express Post – 20 December 2021

 DISPATCH AND TRACKING

 
We usually dispatch your orders 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship our orders during the weekends. All items are delivered by Sendle, Australia Post. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item as well as stocked items in your oder, it will be posted together once the pre-order items are back in stock. Please make a seperate order if you want your order to be shipped seperately.

 

 CUSTOM AND ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

 
Customers are fully responsible for the acceptance of items/orders based on the delivery options they have selected. Any re-delivery of parcels will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to inquire if any duties or taxes may apply.

 

 PAYMENT METHODS


We accept the following payment methods: 

  • Buy Now, Pay Later with AFTERPAY.
  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card after checkout.
  • Our website has a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
    Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.

 

 EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Please email us at info@kimch.co if you wish to exchange, return or refund.

 Here are our guidelines for exchange, returns and refunds:

  • Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice), 30 days for international orders. Returns exceeding this period will be sent back to you.
  • If items arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments and jewellery must – be unworn and unwashed, have all tags attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • No refund, returns or exchange for pre-ordered items and items purchased using a credit note, sale items and accessories that have been worn.
  • Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we will not be liable for any packages that are lost during transit. All items will be inspected upon arrival.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, in the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additonal costs.

*Terms and conditions for all sales and promotions: All sales are final and non-refundable. The sales cannot be applied to past orders. Shipping times may vary due to the volume of orders received during sales, so please allow additional processing and shipping time during busy periods, as all jewellery are made to order. 

 

 SIZE GUIDE

 
All our clothings are true to Australian size standards but please keep in mind that every style will vary in size/fit. The photo image of our clothings are generally size 8/S throughout our online store.

This is an approximate conversion table to help you find your size. If you have already purchased an item from us, we recommend you to select the same size as indicated on its label. If you have any questions regarding your size selection, please feel free to ask us for advice or measurements.
