We usually dispatch your orders 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship our orders during the weekends. All items are delivered by Sendle, Australia Post. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item as well as stocked items in your oder, it will be posted together once the pre-order items are back in stock. Please make a seperate order if you want your order to be shipped seperately.



Customers are fully responsible for the acceptance of items/orders based on the delivery options they have selected. Any re-delivery of parcels will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. If store credit is issued instead, the shipping costs will not be refunded if shipping is paid and the shipping costs will be deducted from total order amount if the order is given a free shipping.

Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to inquire if any duties or taxes may apply.

Here are our guidelines for exchange, returns and refunds:

  • Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice), 30 days for international orders. Returns exceeding this period will be sent back to you.
  • If items arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments and jewellery must – be unworn and unwashed, have all tags attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • No refund, returns or exchange for pre-ordered items and items purchased using a credit note, sale items and accessories that have been worn and orders that have been returned to us due to failed deliveries.
  • Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we will not be liable for any packages that are lost during transit. All items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • We are unable to make price adjustments to past orders if discount code are not entered at checkout or order is placed before a sale.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, in the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additonal costs.

We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase (excludes shipping costs). Unfortunately we do not offer cash returns or refunds.
