Returns & Refunds
Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to exchange, return or refund.
Here are our guidelines for exchange, returns and refunds:
- Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice), 30 days for international orders. Returns exceeding this period will be sent back to you.
- If items arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments and jewellery must – be unworn and unwashed, have all tags attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
- Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
- No refund, returns or exchange for pre-ordered items and items purchased using a credit note, sale items and accessories that have been worn and orders that have been returned to us due to failed deliveries.
- Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we will not be liable for any packages that are lost during transit. All items will be inspected upon arrival.
- We are unable to make price adjustments to past orders if discount code are not entered at checkout or order is placed before a sale.
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, in the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additonal costs.
*We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase (excludes shipping costs). Unfortunately we do not offer cash returns or refunds.
*Terms and conditions for all sales and promotions: All sales are final and non-refundable. The sales cannot be applied to past orders. Discount codes cannot be used with already discounted items. Shipping times may vary due to the volume of orders received during sales, so please allow additional processing and shipping time during busy periods, as all jewellery are made to order.
